Finn (Matt O’Leary) is a painter that lives together with his girlfriend Callie (Danielle Panabaker) and his best friend Jasper (George Finn) in an apartment complex where Finn works as a manager. As manager, Finn is sent to an elderly tenant’s apartment to see why he has not paid rent for the last two months. He is dismayed to find that the man has died, but is intrigued by a strange device in the old man’s apartment – a machine that can take pictures of future events, but only 24 hours into the future. It does not take long for Finn and the others to see the various benefits of such a device and they quickly seek their own personal gain. However as time passes people begin to take notice of their actions and want to experience gain as well. To make matters worse, the camera has also begun to take pictures that show events that the friends don’t want to take part in but feel obligated to fulfill because they’re afraid of potential negative repercussions due to a paradox, as this is apparently what caused the old man’s death.
